iAcceptance of Terms

By completing the b88fb account registration process, by accessing the b88fb platform, or by placing any bet or wager through b88fb, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective immediately upon registration or first use of the platform, whichever occurs earlier.

1Age and Residency Requirements

To register a b88fb account and use any b88fb service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. b88fb strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all product areas without exception.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a commercial agent, operator, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform where b88fb's responsible gaming policy applies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

2Identity Verification

b88fb reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent account closure. b88fb may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered b88fb account. The following circumstances constitute a breach of this rule:

• Registering more than one account under any name, mobile number, device, or payment method belonging to the same individual.
• Using another person's b88fb account with or without their knowledge or consent.
• Transferring funds between b88fb accounts belonging to different players.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b88fb login credentials, including your username and password. b88fb will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transaction resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify b88fb support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your b88fb account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

6Accepted Payment Methods

b88fb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players:

• bKash — mobile financial service available to all registered bKash users in Bangladesh.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service accepted for instant deposits and withdrawals.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service accepted as an additional deposit and withdrawal option.

7Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions and b88fb reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing any withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay number that funded the b88fb account).
• Any bonus funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the full rollover condition has been satisfied.
• b88fb may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for withdrawals above a threshold determined by the platform's compliance team.

8Currency

All b88fb account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). b88fb does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any amount displayed on the b88fb platform in ৳ represents Bangladeshi Taka.

9General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins and loyalty rewards offered by b88fb are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only. b88fb reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

10Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a b88fb account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The following general principles apply to all b88fb bonus wagering requirements unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g. 20x) applied to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible b88fb products count toward wagering requirement completion. Voided or cancelled bets do not contribute.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a wagering requirement is active, b88fb reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from the account before processing the withdrawal.
• b88fb may impose maximum bet limits on bonus funds. Bets placed in excess of these limits while a wagering requirement is outstanding may result in bonus cancellation.

11Bonus Abuse

b88fb operates systematic monitoring of account activity. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any form of bonus collusion — will have their bonus cancelled without notice, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed. Winnings generated through identified bonus abuse are not payable.

12Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet placed through b88fb is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet acceptance confirmation from the platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid, regardless of the odds displayed at the time of attempted placement. b88fb reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, including where the platform determines that a technical error, odds mispricing, or system fault may have influenced the displayed odds at the time of placement.

13Void and Cancelled Bets

b88fb may void a bet in the following circumstances, in which case the original stake is returned to the player's b88fb account:

• The event on which the bet was placed is postponed, abandoned or cancelled and does not resume or conclude within a period specified in the relevant sport rules.
• Manifest odds errors — where b88fb determines that the displayed odds were materially incorrect due to a system or data feed error.
• A player is found to have obtained a betting advantage through use of an algorithm, automated tool, or insider information.

14Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets on b88fb reflect real-time odds compiled from official statistical data feeds. b88fb may suspend live markets at any time at its absolute discretion, including during periods of high match activity or technical interruption. Odds displayed during a live betting suspension are not valid for new bet placement. b88fb accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed or inaccurate live data feeds attributable to third-party data providers.

15Platform Commitment

b88fb is committed to providing a safe, controlled and entertaining gaming environment for all registered players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within any b88fb account, including deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. b88fb enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years across all products and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

16Player-Controlled Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all b88fb account holders:

• Deposit Limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 48 hours.
• Session Timers — players may set a maximum continuous play duration after which an on-screen alert is triggered.

• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the b88fb platform, its software, or its data infrastructure.

18Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

b88fb reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon identifying prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds and bonuses, recovery of funds already withdrawn where fraud or money laundering is established, and disclosure of account information and transaction records to law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

19Ownership of Platform Content

All content available on or through the b88fb platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and data compilations, is the intellectual property of b88fb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b88fb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of b88fb platform content without the express written consent of b88fb is strictly prohibited.

20Service Availability

b88fb endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside b88fb's reasonable control may cause temporary platform unavailability. b88fb will not be liable to any player for loss of access, loss of anticipated winnings, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from platform unavailability.

21General Liability Exclusion

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b88fb's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the b88fb platform, or any product or service provided by b88fb shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. b88fb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

22Right to Amend

b88fb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, b88fb will provide notice to registered players via the platform or by email (if an email address is registered) no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the b88fb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your b88fb account before the effective date of the amendment.
